Commit to yourself to become the best version of yourself from the inside out! Certified Reiki Master and Certified Health and Life Coach Lauren is ready to help you on your journey! Lauren Created this one of a kind 6 month program that helps you be healthy and all around the best version of yourself. You will have an initial consultation with Lauren where you will discuss goals that you would like to set for yourself from the inside out. You will then meet with Lauren once a week where you will receive a 60 minute Reiki Session and a 30 minute Life and Health coach meeting. Lauren will create an individual health and life program for each individual persons' needs. Note- This is not a diet- This is a program to help your body and spirit become the best version of you. The full price for this 6 month program is $1950. We provide payment plans to fit everyone's needs!
